Order Acknowledgement
Your order will be acknowledged by email on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. When an item is out of stock at our warehouse, we will endeavour to prevent orders being placed for that item. If, in the event of placing an order and we subsequently find the item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be notified via your email address. If we are unable to deliver you order within 28 days your account will automatically be refunded.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 7-10 working days, but please allow up to 28 days during busy periods. You should receive your order within 3 working days of despatch from us.
Payment
You may pay by cheque, postal order or credit card.
When you proceed to checkout, you will be asked to give your name and address for delivery and your email address for confirmation. You will then be passed to a secure server where you will be asked to enter details of your debit or credit card. Your card will be debited when you confirm your order and an acknowledgement will be sent automatically from our Online Bankers – SecPay. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Delta.
Cheques in Pounds Sterling drawn on British Bank Accounts and British Postal Orders are accepted if they are posted along with a printed copy of the order form. Cheques/Postal Orders will be banked as soon as they are received. You will not receive acknowledgement of order paying this way and we will only despatch the goods on clearance of your cheque.
All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
Security
We use a secure server SecPay to process your details. This is an SSL (Secure socket layer) system with 40 bit encryption RSA with 512 bit exchange.
Cancellations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel you order for any item on the website within 7 working days from the day after receipt of the goods.
To cancel you may e-mail sales@hyburychina.co.uk, fax 08707 353637 or telephone 08707 380380. We will ask you to confirm by email. If you cancel before despatch we will refund your payment within 30 days. If we have despatched the items, we ask you to fax 08707 353637 or email sales@hyburychina.co.uk stating that you wish to return the goods. In this case we will not refund postage incurred by you in sending the goods back to us and reserve the right to deduct our original shipping charges in sending the product to you but original costs will be refunded within 30 days.
Returns
We are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However if you wish to make a return please return the goods in the original packaging and within 7 days. We will return your monies as soon as the goods are received in good condition. Please note that we do not pay the return carriage costs and will also deduct the original cost of getting the goods to you. For your own peace of mind Recorded Delivery Service is recommended. If you are returning items because of an error on our part we will be happy to replace the items or issue a full refund including any delivery costs.

Damaged Items
If in the unlikely event of a breakage in transit please notify us within 3 working days of receipt of order or we regret that claims cannot be pursued.
Complaints Procedure
Our customer services department is open from 9.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If you are unsatisfied with the goods or service please contact us either by letter, or telephone 08707 380380 or fax us on 08707353637 or by email at sales@hyburychina.co.uk calls are charged at the national rate. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days of hearing from you, and look to deal speedily and sympathetically with your complaint.
